Dessert for Dinner San Francisco
Hosted by Parallel 37 on February 24th!
This coming Monday evening at Parallel 37 (located in the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco) a few of the Bay Area’s top pastry chefs will be coming together for a one-night event to support an incredible cause! In collaboration with This Bar Saves Lives (TBSL), pastry chefs Andrea Correa (Parallel 37), Cindy Falatic (The Ritz-Carlton, SF), Shawn Gawle (Saison), Joshua Meiseman (Commis and Box & Bells), Stephanie Prida (Manresa) and William Werner (Craftsman and Wolves) will be presenting a six-course Dessert for Dinner affair.
Dessert for Dinner will also introduce the new This Dessert Saves Lives charity program in which restaurants across the States are invited to participate by dishing up a unique dessert of their own that incorporates one of the TBSL snack bars. For every dessert sold at participating restaurants, TBSL will donate a packet of food to a child in need!
Dessert for Dinner at Parallel 37 in San Francisco will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $125 per person with an optional beverage pairing for $70 (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
