A food and wine event celebrating heritage breed animals!
Any excuse for a barbeque and you know we’re in. On Sunday, August 11th, get your forks, knives or just plain ol’ fingers ready and join fellow meat-lovers for Cochon Heritage Fire at Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena, CA for an epic carnivorous feast!
Starting at 3 p.m., a large variety of heritage breed animals including goat, lamb, pig, beef, rabbit, birds and cow will be cooked over an open flame and will make your salivary glands go wild! Over 20 premium wineries, 25 chefs and a handful of star butchers will come together to help raise awareness of sustainable farming and heritage breed animals. Join them and get a taste of one of the most amazing feasts of the year!
