One Market’s ‘Weekly Beast’ dinners

About a year and a half ago, One Market’s chef Mark Dommen (pictured above) and co-founder Michael Dellar came up with “The Weekly Beast” concept spotlighting a different animal. This four-course dinner is still dazzling crowds looking for something different. Chef Dommen’s idea pays tribute to the Michelin-starred restaurant’s philosophy of farm to table. Owner and brewer Brian Hunt will be on site to talk about the five beers being poured (Lunatic Lager, Old Combine, Uncle Olsen, Twist of Fate, Obedience Training, and Bony Fingers), and you should totally see him talk.
Chef Adam Dulye‘s menu will feature dishes like: Warm Iacopi Farms Fava Bean Salad Lemon Zest and Baked Crescenza; Seared Diver Scallops with Fennel and Apple Risotto, Candied Bacon and Arugula Vinaigrette. It’s been four years since Arya Global Cuisine opened in Cupertino, CA – now, Downtown Redwood City will be home to the restaurant’s second location offering Persian, Italian, and American cuisine.
